Each new draw uses 1 Fortune Token. When your balance is empty, the cylinder gently shakes to remind you to get tokens first.

Once a fortune is revealed, choose Save Fortune to download its image. On a phone, your browser may put the image in Downloads rather than directly in Photos.

Choose a bundle, an envelope, and your recipient’s email, then add an optional personal message. After payment, your recipient receives an email with a link to claim their tokens. Choose a gift.

Yes. Choose Multiple recipients on the gift page, paste up to 100 email addresses or use the sample CSV. Everyone receives the same full bundle and envelope. The price is per recipient: ten 6-token gifts cost €54.00. After one payment, download individual claim links from My gift orders and share them yourself. No group emails are sent. Recipients sign in to claim their gifts, and each link can be used once.

Open My gift orders in the browser you used to pay. Links appear after payment confirmation; refresh if it is still pending. You can download again without creating duplicate gifts. Clearing browser data loses order access, so keep your download safe. Recipient names and emails are removed after 30 days, but the links remain valid.

No. Just pick a bundle and pay — Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. Your tokens are kept on the device and browser you bought them with.

Entirely unused bundles can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used tokens and revealed fortunes are not refundable. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Email us to request one. Read Terms.

Contact us with the purchase email and receipt reference. We will check missing tokens, duplicate charges, or a gift that did not arrive. Never send full card details.
