Digital Fortune Sticks is an independent digital experience inspired by Chinese fortune-drawing traditions. Fortunes are offered for entertainment, cultural exploration, and personal reflection, not as guaranteed predictions or medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your Fortune Tokens
1 Fortune Token = 1 new fortune draw. Tokens never expire and remain available until used. Revisiting a past fortune costs nothing.
Bundles are priced in euros. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; the total payable is shown before you confirm. No account is needed: purchased tokens are kept on the device and browser used to buy them, so clearing your browser data or switching devices may make them unavailable — contact us with your receipt if that happens. A gift uses the bundle selected by the purchaser; the decorative envelope does not change its value.

Digital Fortune Sticks is a digital entertainment and cultural reflection experience. Fortunes, lots, and interpretations are provided instantly for entertainment and personal reflection.
Refunds & 14-day right of withdrawal
Used tokens and completed draws: once a fortune draw has been made, the digital service has been provided immediately and consumed. Completed draws and used tokens are non-refundable, including when you do not like the fortune you received.
Unused bundles: under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that no tokens from the bundle have been used. If your bundle is completely untouched, email hello@digitalfortunesticks.com within 14 days with your receipt reference for a full refund.
Gifts: only the original purchaser may request a refund, within 14 days of purchase, provided the gift has not been claimed or spent.
Statutory rights: these terms do not restrict statutory remedies, for example for verified technical delivery failures such as a payment charged without tokens being credited, or duplicate charges.
How to request a refund
Email hello@digitalfortunesticks.com with your purchase email, purchase date, and receipt or payment reference. Please never send your full card number or card security code.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and the refunded tokens are removed. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
